Fiesta Village Furnished Apartments

Review edit: I have been living here about a week. When I moved in apartment was clean and I am just so happy to find that everything works correctly. The air conditioning is amazing, in fact, I have to turn it up sometimes cuz it works too good! The hot water is perfect! To be honest I knew they were furnished but I didn't expect to have a TV! And the microwave is built in and works super well! Also, the toilet flushes properly, no plumbing issues! The bed is super comfortable and large and the lighting in the entire place is great! Also, I didn't even expect a ceiling fan which works great and cools down the entire room. Yes, the apartments are on the small side and my studio has shower only no bathtub...but man oh man everything that may be wrong in an apartment doesn't apply here.. I have ZERO complaints. And for it to be gated and the complex is so quiet and neighbors are friendly and respectful. I feel super safe and am very happy to have moved here! Where I was living before I hated having to go home because nothing worked and it was just terrible. But now, I am so happy that I come home from work and can't wait to walk into my pleasant and comfortable apartment! Very grateful for fiesta village! Initial review: I will be moving in tomorrow. Will update my review later. However, my entire dealing with Lexy has been a good one. There was a lot of confusion on my end and even a misunderstanding about the animal policy... She had to change my lease like 5 times for me...and was courteous, prompt and kind the whole way through. In a really genuine way, not in a pushy hurry up and move in way, or an I don't care leave me alone way... I. A genuine I'm a good human being way..haha. she is the reason I chose to live at these apartments instead of another option I had. So I just wanted to leave a review on how appreciate I am of Lexy!

The maintenance guy was quick, knowledgeable, and respectful. One thing that I would like to point out is that there was another issue that needs to fixed, and when I mentioned it to him, he said that I can go ahead and fix it myself. Its just a wire that is dangling on the floor so I can easily fix it but I just don't want to get into trouble if I do it incorrectly my self. I have attached an image to this message.

As a traveling nurse this place is DEFINITELY ideal to stay for your full 3 month contract. However, for a regular size person such as myself 5’7 the shower is extremely small the head was literally low to my chest, you couldn’t move around either nor did the water reach my legs had to be crafty. And if someone breaks the rules by smoking in their unit all of our ventilation systems are connected therefore all of their smoke lands into my apartment and so on. The absolute worse! I must say once I informed management they did send out a text warning and that person stop smoking inside IMMEDIATELY! So they are on top of it and care about their residence!!! Just beware the sign says 3 months but during snow bird season they change it to 6-1year something they should inform out of towners about when you move in so you can plan ahead accordingly nothing just for future notice nothing manor. All in all I’ll recommend this place due to its safety, convenience, management, cleaning, and price you can’t beat so it’s a 10/10 for me!!!

Yesterday I visited the leasing office because no one responded to my online request. I met with Yesenia who told me they had no 3 month studios to lease but one would be available to show today. Her supervisor would be there to discuss the lease options and I could view the studio at 12;30. I was there on time but neither Yesenia or her supervisor were there. Next I was informed by a secretary that the studios had gone up $800.00 overnight. Good job Fiesta. Unbelievable.

Great management team clean apts. straight forward leasing fully furnished not like a nasty hotel or other dirty rentals complex s This was new furniture clean everything it was NOT gross at all in anyway. They honor all the agreements including security deposit refunded. Pay the rent and don't cause damage or trouble and you will get security back too companies transparent
